French Montana pays homage to iconic visuals with the new video “I Don’t Really Care”.
French Montana recently got into a scuffle with netizens online, when they tried to make fun of his catalogue with a Squid Game-related meme. “For the next game, you need to name FIVE French Montana songs without features,” a user captioned the meme. Montana snaps back with some of his records and announced a new track. “Now eat a d**k I’m dropping a solo track this week,” he wrote.
And as announced, the Casablanca rapper made his return to the music scene last night with a new single called “I Don’t Really Care“. He dropped the song along with an accompanying music video, in which he pays homage to some iconic visual of the past. He impersonates the looks of Eminem on “Lose Yourself”, Childish Gambino on “This Is America” and more. He also used The Weeknd’s “After Hours” era look, wearing a red and black suit with a bandaged face.
