Eminem prays for DMX’s recovery.
On Friday night, the legendary DMX was hospitalized after having a heart attack and it was reported that the 50-year-old rapper suffered the attack after a drug overdose at around 11 pm at his home in White Plains. “I’m very sad about it, extremely sad. He’s like my son,” said DMX’s attorney Murray Richman. “He’s just a tremendous person, tremendous entertainer, tremendous human being. And so much to offer, so much to say. Not the run-of-the-mill rapper. A person of great depth.” The Music industry reacts to the devastating news as everyone prays for the legendary Hip-Hop icon, including the likes of Eminem, LL Cool J, Ice Cube, Ice T who showed their support for the DMX.
“Prayers out 2 @DMX & his family!! True legend!! Pullin 4 u please stay strong!!” wrote Eminem in his tweet. “We need X back in the building…please send him your prayers,” wrote Ice Cube as he reshares a clip of DMX. Ice T says, “My Sincere love and prayers go out to my homie @DMX during this difficult time.. Pull through my dude.”
