Drake and Future continue releasing new material as they drop their new joint Project ‘What A Time To Be Alive‘ finally arrives which contains 11 songs with no guest appearances.
DJ Skee, Angela Yee, and Ernest Baker were among the first to tease the mixtape, and it was formally announced on Drake’s Instagram on September 19, 2015, when he unveiled the mixtape’s release date and cover art. It’s a little soundtrack for people that need it right now. I went to Atlanta for six days a couple of weeks ago with the hopes of doing some songs with Future, and when you get around Future, it’s like a vortex, that guy can outwork anybody right now. “It’s tough to see someone do four, five songs in one night and not try to match it,” Drake remarked of the 11-track album, “It’s challenging to see someone perform four, five songs in one night and not attempt to match it.”
