Drake Says 2020 Was The Hardest Year In Human History; Internet Reacts

Social Media doesn’t agree with Drake’s hardest year in human history pick.

Lil Baby’s new documentary “Untrapped: The Story of Lil Baby” was released on Amazon Prime Video recently, a clip from the film surfaced on the internet, which features Drake.

On August 26, Amazon Prime released Untrapped: The Story of Lil Baby. Quality Films, MGX Creative, and 4PF created the film, which covers Lil Baby’s astonishing ascension through the ranks of Hip Hop all the way up to the release of his No. 1 album, My Turn, in 2020.

Drake played a significant role in Lil Baby’s success. The 6 God was famously featured on Lil Baby’s 2018 hit “Yes Indeed,” and has been a consistent collaborator with the Atlanta rapper ever since. The duo most recently partnered on DJ Khaled’s newest track “Staying Alive,” which was released as part of his 13th studio album GOD DID.

The Toronto rap star talked about Lil Baby’s rise to fame, and even through the pandemic, which he suggested as the hardest year [2020] in human history. “The hardest year maybe in human history that we’ve ever been through,” he said in the clip. “Forget music, just as a people, like, the hardest time to ever connect with people, relate to people.”

The internet reacts to the viral clip, and the people brought up some of the hardest times in history, which includes world wars, holocaust, slavery, genocide and more.

“Drake said the pandemic was the hardest year in human history. Sir, our ancestors drowned themselves to avoid being taken as slaves,” wrote a user. “In the Lil Baby Documentary, Drake said lock down was one of the hardest times for the human race. Please keep in mind this man is a BLACK JEW and he is saying LOCKDOWN was the hardest time for humans, not the holocaust, not even slavery, lock down,” states another.
