Doja Cat responds to $NOT for lyrics about her in a new song.

Rapper $NOT linked up with ASAP Rocky for a brand new single called “Doja”, and it’s making headlines for the lyrics about Doja Cat. In the hook of the track, the 24-year-old raps about having “f#*ked” the “Planet Her” rapper. “I f#*ked that bit*h named Doja Cat, pull up in a Scat Pack (Haha) / Windows tinted all black (Go, go), bulletproof and all that (Go),” he raps.

It looks the lyrics also reached Doja Cat‘s ears, as the LA-born artist called out $NOT on Twitter, in a since-deleted post. $NOT shared his new track with Rocky on his Twitter, where Doja Cat responded with a question, “you f#*ked who?” However, $NOT revealed that his lyrics were misinterpreted, as he actually rapped, “I’ll f#*k that bit*h named Doja Cat.”

He later tweeted, “Im talkin my recklessness with no cognizance. It’s no disrespect to Doja. she a queen fr. I made this song to get lit in a moshpit types**t.”

$not’s new single was accompanied by a new video directed by Hidji. $not and Rocky, who just announced that he and girlfriend Rihanna are having a kid, are shown in the film enjoying New York City traditions like manicure salons and the MTA train.

The track is from $NOT’s forthcoming new album “Ethereal”, which is scheduled to drop next week. The new song was also released with an accompanying music video, which also features a tribute to late Louis Vuitton designer Virgil Abloh.

“Doja” will appear on SNOT’s third studio album, Ethereal, his first full-length release since 2020’s Beautiful Havoc. The album will deliver 14 tracks with guest appearances by Kevin Abstract, Trippie Redd, Joey Badass, Juicy J, and more. Ethereal is scheduled to hit streaming services Feb. 11.

Rocky bursts out of a brick high-rise apartment with a painted memorial to Virgil Abloh, the late Off-White founder and artistic director of Louis Vuitton’s menswear line, as the almost four-minute film comes to a conclusion with a joyful synth. After a two-year fight with cardiac angiosarcoma, a rare illness, Abloh died in November of last year.

It’s unknown why Doja deleted her tweet, but based on her answer, it’s possible that the lyrics aren’t true.

Although Doja hasn’t explicitly refuted the assertion or provided an explanation for why she deleted the tweet, her message shows that she was both irritated and taken aback by SNOT’s s*x allegation. Doja has only been linked publicly once, to singer Jacob Sullenger, alias Johnny Utah, but she has been linked to several musicians, including Bree Runway, French Montana, and Lil Dicky.
