Eminem is regarded as one of the best rappers of all time but the Detroit rapper still doesn’t get enough credit as a beatmaker. The producer Boi-1da took to Twitter to give props to Eminem as a producer and also says that Eminem has gems and he doesn’t get enough credit for that. “Eminem doesn’t get enough credit as a producer, he has gems,” wrote Boi-1da.

Boi-1da is a Jamaican-Canadian songwriter and record producer based in Toronto, Ontario. He works as an in-house producer for Drake’s OVO Sound label and has worked with a wide range of artists and groups, including Drake, Rihanna, Eminem, Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj, Nas, Lana Del Rey, Kanye West, and Kendrick Lamar. Samuels was the executive producer for Drake’s mixtape If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late in 2015.
Likewise, Boi-1da has produced multiple beats for Slim Shady, including the Recovery singles “Not Afraid” and “Seduction,” as well as the Kamikaze track “Lucky You” starring Joyner Lucas. The 34-year-old producer has worked with Drake, Rihanna, JAY-Z, Nicki Minaj, Nas, and Kendrick Lamar, among others, and is an in-house producer for Drake’s OVO Sound label.
