ASAP Mob unveils ‘Cozy Tapes Vol. 2: Too Cozy’ Track List feat Travis Scott, Gucci Mane 21 Savage & others.
After giving us ‘Raf‘ featuring Playboi Carti, Quavo, Lil Uzi Vert & Frank Ocean, and ‘Feels So Good‘, ASAP Mob decided to unveil the tracklist of ‘Cozy Tapes Vol. 2: Too Cozy‘. It is the sequel to their last year’s project. The tracklist has 17 records with features from the Mob, Future, ScHoolboy Q, Migos, Dave East, Travis Scott, 21 Savage, Gucci Mane, Rich The Kid, and more.
The A$AP Mob Cozy Tapes Vol. 2: Too Cozy, which has been highly anticipated, is set to drop on Friday, August 25th. It’s building up to be a good addition to the Mob collaboration projects, with two tracks and one video published, respectively, “Raf” and “Feels So Good,” plus a Rocky IG story previewing a collaboration with Playboi Carti x Chief Keef. While a Keef x Carti x Rocky collaboration is bound to be a hit, we now have complete access to the Cozy Tapes Vol. 2 featured artist roster.
To create that broad sound approach, The Mob acknowledges a variety of Hip Hop sub-genres and places. While they pay homage to their hometown of New York by enlisting Dave East for a single, the project’s focus is on Atlanta’s engulfing trap sound, with artists like 21 Savage, Gucci, Playboi Carti, Migos, and others. On the album’s ninth track, “Black Car,” Rocky collaborates with longtime friends and collaborators Tyler, The Creator, and ScHoolboy Q. Vol. 2 should live up to the hype, and hopefully exceed expectations, based on this list alone.
