Ariana Grande Celebrates 10th Anniversary Of Mac Miller Collab The Way

Ariana Grande and Mac Miller collab “The Way” turns 10.

It’s been 10 years since the collab between Ariana Grande and her late ex-boyfriend Mac Miller, who teamed up on “The Way”. The track was released as the lead single from Grande’s debut studio album “Yours Truly” in 2013. The song was released with an accompanying music video with direction from Jones Crow.

The 10th-anniversary post was shared by a fan page on Instagram, which gets a story repost from Ariana herself with the caption “I love you.” She also made a comment on the post, writing again “I love you”.

“The Way” song peaked at number nine on the US Billboard Hot 100, which became Grande and Miller’s first top 10 song on the chart. The track is certified triple platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for selling over three million units in the United States.

According to reports, Grande and Miller started to develop a friendship in mid-2013 following the success of their collaboration on “The Way”. They continued working together and even released a remix of Grande’s song “Into You”. Eventually, they revealed their relationship to the public at the 2016 MTV VMAs. Sadly, their romantic journey came to an end in May 2018, when the singer announced their breakup. Tragically, just four months later, Miller passed away at the young age of 26 due to an accidental overdose of fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol.
