Tekashi 6ix9ine was reportedly rushed to the hospital after being brutally beaten up in a South Florida Gym. The controversial rapper was ambushed by a group of men, who attacked him in the washroom of LA Fitness.
The rapper’s attorney Lance Lazzaro told TMZ that his client was inside a sauna at LA Fitness on Tuesday when he was attacked by several guys without a warning. It is reported that the rapper didn’t have any security with him, and he tried to fight back but the attackers were too many.
The manager of the gym was notified by the staff, who then called the Police and EMS, and 6ix9ine was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital by ambulance.
Hernandez suffered cuts on his face and bruises, and PBSO verified that he was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of injuries that were not life-threatening. Lance Lazzaro mentioned that the employees at the gym heard the commotion caused by the attackers, who then fled the scene. “Employees heard the disturbance and the perpetrators fled,” Lazzaro said. “Police in South Florida were called and he was transported via ambulance to a local hospital.”
A video from the incident also surfaced online, where a man was continuously hitting the rapper who tried to defend himself while being on the floor. A picture of the rapper from the hospital was also shared online, which shows his face with cuts and swellings. He reportedly suffered injuries to his jaw, ribs and back.
