21 Savage Earns Fourth No. 1 On Billboard 200 With American Dream Album

21 Savage’s “America Dream” album tops Billboard 200 chart.

21 Savage continues his success on the charts as his latest album “American Dream” debuted at number 1 on the US Billboard 200. According to Luminate, the project moved 133,000 equivalent album units in the US in the week ending January 18.

This is 21 Savage’s fourth number 1 album on the US Charts. He previously earned number 1 with “I Am > I Was” in 2019, “Savage Mode II” with Metro Boomin in 2020 and “Her Loss” with Drake in 2022. American Dream earned him his best first-week sales for a solo album. In the opening week, the album was streamed 188 million times on Spotify.

The project comes with a pack of 15 tracks, including guest appearances from Doja Cat, Young Thug, Lil Durk, Travis Scott, Brent Faiyaz, Burna Boy, Mariah The Scientist and more.

The new album is a follow-up to his 2018 second solo album “I Am > I Was”. In 2022, the rapper teamed up with Drake for a joint album “Her Loss.” “I Am > I Was” topped the US Billboard 200 with 131,000 album-equivalent units, of which 18,000 were pure sales. “Her Loss” also debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 with 404,000 album-equivalent units in the first week.
