Symba rates himself above Eminem as a rapper.
Symba recently made an appearance on Revolt TV as part of the Revolt World panel called “The Great Debate”. On the show, the Oakland rapper sat down with Brian Dot Miller, Tierra Whack, Trina and Rob Markman to discuss their top 10 hip-hop artists of all time.
During the debate, Symba questioned Eminem’s place among top rappers and stated that he could name five artists better than him. Symba also called himself a better rapper than Detroit legend. “I respect Eminem on a level as a man but as a rapper…I feel like I could name five better rappers. The Slim Shady LP, The Marshall Mathers LP, The Eminem Show. It’s fire.”
Then Tierra asked if he thinks he’s better than Eminem. “You want my honest opinion? Yes, I’m better than Eminem,” he responds. “Anybody can rhyme words. What are you saying? Hey, the girl that’s yelling, rap me an Eminem verse… She got quiet,” he added.

Last year, Symba received a shout-out from Eminem’s mentor Dr. Dre, who called him one of his current favorites. “One of my new favorites,” Dre wrote with Symba’s LA Leakers freestyle.

“I want to do a joint with Eminem called Just Rhymin Words since that’s what some people think that’s all he does.. Let’s do it to the extreme and go where others cannot fk it,” wrote KXNG Crooked in response. “Damn and i was a HUGE fan of @TheRealSymba now I’m non plussed by this. You’re better than @Eminem bro? Really Ni–a ( said like Page Kennedy) plz tell me this was being hyperbolic or grand standing. You don’t think he just rhyme words right?,” wrote Page Kennedy.
