Royce Da 5'9 Says Eminem Called Him To Get In The Studio He's Recording Some Songs

Royce Da 5’9″ answers question about Eminem’s new album.

Every week Eminem trends on social media, and fans eagerly waiting for something from the Detroit Rapper. Now his good friend and one half of Bad Meets Evil, Royce 5’9″ sat down with Kera Dangerous for an interview where he answers some of the trending questions. “I hate to ask cause I know Royce HATES Eminem questions but is Royce on the upcoming Eminem album?” reads one of the questions.

“I did not know I hated Eminem questions [Laughs],” he said. “No, let me clarify. I don’t hate the Em questions at all. But I can understand why somebody would think that because wants to have their own identity, but you gotta realise who you are and what your position is. Em is just a part of my journey. He’s such a big megastar and people don’t get to hear from him a lot. So I think when people look at my interviews, they enjoy me speaking about him in such a candid way. I call him Marshall and when I speak about him like he’s human, that’s interesting for people but it doesn’t bother me when people ask me Em questions. I’d be bothered if it stops. So with Em, I don’t mind answering Em questions, especially about his album.”

He continues, “So, to answer your question Briccs, me and Em have a few songs laying around in the tuck. I don’t know if any of them are going to be on his album as of yet and I don’t even know if he’s working on an album. I know he’s recording some songs right now. He called me couple of days ago and told me he wanted me to get into the studio sooner than later and check out some songs that he has but I don’t know what they are for and what he’s doing. He is always recording, though.”

Royce da 5’9″ has responded to the Game’s declaration that he is a better rapper than Eminem. During a recent interview on Drink Champs, the Game stated that he used to believe Eminem was “better” than him, but now believes otherwise. “Is Eminem better than me?” “Nah, he’s not, bro,” he stated only days later in an Instagram video.
