Jack Harlow Reveals He Make Women Sign NDAs To Hang Out With Him

Jack Harlow wants to keep his relationships private.

Jack Harlow is riding high after getting his first Hot 100 number 1 single, with “Industry Baby” collaboration with Lil Nas X. Now the Kentucky artist stars in the latest British GQ issue, and he also caught up with them for a new interview. In the session, the “Whats Poppin” rapper revealed that he made sure his relationships stay private, for which he makes women sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements).

Female acquaintances, in particular, must sign the form even before entering the room since he prefers his business to be kept between them rather than on the internet. However, other ladies have stated that they want to speak with attorneys beforehand, which Harlow seemed to approve of.

I am [Currently Single]. I love women and dating is good,” he said. “It’s funny, the bigger you get the more opportunities you have. But, ironically enough, you close up a little as the stakes are higher. So a girl I would have invited back to my hotel three years ago, I wouldn’t do it now. There’s also a stigma around it. I remember when I was younger and seeing artists bigger than me talking about how there were girls that wanted him just because he was a rapper. I thought that was so cool. I couldn’t wait till girls wanted me just because I became an artist. Now I have no interest in that.

Then he recalled writing a record about NDAs. “I talked about it on my album; it’s my NDA record. And then Billie [Eilish] released one about it more recently, so it’s being talked about more, for sure. The lyrics go: ‘First name, last name, date of birth / make a bad bi*ch sign the paperwork…’ But it’s a real thing. I do [Make women sign NDAs].

But sometimes it’s just to hang out,” he explains. “And that’s solely to establish the idea that, ‘Hey, my texts aren’t meant for your friends.’ Our time together is for us. And I present it, like, ‘Hey, listen, if you don’t want to sign this you don’t have to. This is a unique situation. And if you don’t want to do it that’s totally fine, but this is what needs to happen for us to be able to hang out. I just want us to hang out; I don’t want this to be a thing on the internet.’

He added, “So a girl I would have invited back to my hotel three years ago, I wouldn’t do it now. There’s also a stigma around it. I remember when I was younger and seeing artists bigger than me talking about how there were girls that wanted him just because he was a rapper. I thought that was so cool. I couldn’t wait till girls wanted me just because I became an artist.

Although Harlow has been coy regarding his romantic relationships, he has been outspoken about his desire to have children in the future. In a 2021 interview with Amelia Dimoldenberg for Chicken Shop Date, he discussed his intentions for starting a family.

He stated frankly, “I want eight daughters.” He jokingly remarked that he preferred to be a proud single father and raise his children all in an apartment in London as opposed to a large home.

Jack Harlow has received two Grammy nominations for 2022, bringing his total to three since last year. For his appearance on pop artist Lil Nas X’s hit “Industry Baby,” Harlow has been nominated for a Grammy Award in the category of Best Melodic Rap Performance. The album “Montero” by Lil Nas X is also nominated for Album of the Year, giving Harlow another nomination as a featured artist and songwriter.

Harlow’s first number one hit, “Industry Baby,” was released in July and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.

This week, “Industry Baby,” the mega smash that Ye helped beef up with horns and which he collaborates on with Lil Nas X, reached No. 1 in the United States. My first No. 1, the rapper wrote in a recent Instagram post.“My first No1. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t see this coming while I was writing my verse.”

This year, Jack Harlow released his new surprise third studio album “Jackman” through Generation Now/Atlantic Recording Corporation. It was a follow-up to last year’s “Come Home The Kids Miss You” which dropped in May 2022. The album contains 10 tracks, with no guest appearances.
