Benzino gets emotional in a new interview on Drink Champs.
Benzino made an appearance on NORE & DJ EFN’s Drink Champs show, where as expected, Eminem was one of the main topics in the conversation.
Zino first started the interview lashing out the Detroit rapper. “Let’s talk about Eminem, that’s why we here tonight… F–k Eminem. And f–k everybody down with Eminem,” he said. “Hip-hop is who we are. He can’t come in and invade hip-hop, and make trillions of dollars. This ni–a didn’t even go to Nipsey’s funeral bro. Man, f–k Eminem bro.”
He continued, “They trying to kill me right now cause the sh-t I’m saying cause it’s deep bro. His fans like him because he’s white. They don’t f–k with us. F–k Eminem, I dusted Eminem. Rap Elvis bi–h! How about that?! How come he ain’t answering back?”
“F–k Eminem bro… Fu-k both of them bro,” he said in response to Eminem vs Machine Gun Kelly beef. “F–king Cassidy would kill Eminem in a battle rap bro. Why do you all give so much props to Em? Why do you all like Eminem? Because he’s white? F–k his music. We don’t listen to that in the hood bro.”
“I don’t have nothing against Eminem,” he said while crying on the show. “He can rap but I care about us more. I don’t want to talk about it no more. For 22 years, every time I do interviews they ask me about Eminem. The f–k you want me to do? C’mon man. My daughter came to the industry figuring ‘I gotta be cool with Eminem because everybody is against my dad.’ You think this sh-t is f–king cool? Nah man, we are failing as a people. I don’t hate Eminem. I don’t know him to hate him. I don’t hate white people. I’m tired of this sh-t man. It’s just too much. I don’t wanna be the bad guy.”
