New Music Killer Mike - Scientists & Engineers (Feat. Future & Andre 3000)

Killer Mike enlists Future and Andre 3000 for “Scientists & Engineers”.

Killer Mike continues putting out new material as he now teams up with Future, Andre 3000 and Eryn Allen Kane for a brand new collab called “Scientists & Engineers”. The track is produced by James Blake and No I.D. This follows up his previous offering “Don’t Let The Devil” with El-P & Thank You Good Sir.

“Communication comin’ in / Too much that I can’t communicate with all of them / I do wish I had scientist or engineer friends / Let’s go, get out of here, petrol is cheaper than it’s ever been,” raps Andre.

The new track is a reunion for quasi-Dungeon Family, as Killer Mike, Andre 3000 and Future were part of the southern hip-hop musical collective.

The song is off Mike’s upcoming sixth studio album MICHAEL, which will be his first solo effort since 2012’s “RAP Music”. From 2013 to 2020, Mike teamed up with El-P for four albums as part of their group Run The Jewels, and he’s also working on their fifth.

“You’ve heard me speak. You’ve watched me discuss the past, present and future. You’ve seen my videos, have possibly even attended a show or two. But now, you’ll meet “MICHAEL” the man via my new album, dropping on June 16,” he wrote previously. Listen, the cat is out of the bag. The featured artists on this project are unparalleled. I’ve assembled a cast of some of the best artists from Atlanta & beyond. Our collective perspectives will allow you to understand the glorious story and beautiful nuances of what it’s like to be a Black boy growing up in the deeply religious south, specifically The Westside of Atlanta. This is an audio movie, an August Wilson Play like adventure.”
