Jesy Nelson releases the new song “Boyz” with Nicki Minaj.
Jesy Nelson, the former member of UK’s girl group Little Mix, decided to kick off her solo career as she releases her first single called “Boyz“. For her solo record, she collaborated with Nicki Minaj. The song samples Diddy’s 2001 track called “Bad Boy 4 Life”. The single comes along with an official video, where Diddy also makes a guest cameo.
Nelson’s new single “Boyz” is her first since she announced her departure from Little Mix last year, blaming the “toll on my mental health” in a statement. “It’s difficult for me to deal with the continual pressure of being in a girl group and living up to expectations.”
Nicki Minaj recently assisted BIA on the official remix of her hit single “Whole Lotta Money“.
