Gucci Mane Drops A New Single & Video Fake Friends

Gucci Mane shares a new song “Fake Friends”.

Following the release of “So Icy Christmas” last month, Gucci Mane kicks off his 2022 with some new material. The 1017 records label boss has unleashed his brand new single called “Fake Friends”, which is over Hip-Hop group Whodini’s hit “Friends”. As the name suggests, Gucci raps about his fake friends, and it also features a cameo from his one-year-old son Ice Davis on the music video.

Omar was the director of the video. A matching visual for “Fake Friends” has been released by The Director, which depicts a heavily-jeweled Guwop delivering his bars to Ice in various settings, including a dark room, a beautifully coloured Rolls-Royce with Ice’s name emblazoned near the rocker panel, and while sifting through a personalised children’s book for his one-year-old.

Last year, the 41-year-old also dropped projects titled “Ice Daddy” and 1017 compilation “So Icy Boyz“. Recently, he paid homage to the late Young Dolph on the song “Long Live Dolph“.
