Funk Flex & Fivio Foreign drops a new song.
The Hot 97 DJ Funk Flex continues releasing new material as he teams up with Fivio Foreign for a new song called “GAMETIME“. The track will appear on Funk Flex’s upcoming project. Along with the single, they also dropped the music video for it.
“I met Fivio before COVID-19 and shared with him I was working on an album! We met at the studio BUT I played him a few joints off my album so he could see and feel the vibe I was on! That evening during the Corona pandemic we recorded and we shot the 1st scene of the video! Fivio was one of the first artist to believe in my vision! Thanks again my brother!” wrote Funk Flex.
The legendary Hot97 DJ has been in the news recently for his statements against Jay-Z and Drake, but he’s taken a break from the drama to release his drill-infused tune with one of the scene’s most prominent figures. Flex’s visuals are similar to those in his video with Von, as he and Fivio kept things simple because of the epidemic.
