Doja Cat shares new music video “Attention”.
Doja Cat makes his musical return as she finally released a brand new single called “Attention”. This is her first solo offering of this year, and follows up recently released “Kill Bill” remix with SZA.
“Now you can afford to go and reinstall a new wig / Now you can afford to not be lousy, go and do sh*t / Talk your sh*t about me, I can easily disprove it, it’s stupid / You follow me, but you don’t really care about the music,” she raps.
This kicks off the campaign for Doja’s next studio album, a follow-up to 2021’s “Planet Her” which peaked at #2 on Billboard 200. Planet Her featured guest appearances from The Weeknd, Young Thug, Ariana Grande, JID and SIZA, with deluxe addition featuring Eve and Gunna. The album was nominated for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards. The project sold 1.5 million units in 2021, and was ranked biggest R&B album of the year and sixth best-selling overall.
