Cassidy Releases Another Tory Lanez Diss Track Plagiarism

Cassidy fires back at Tory Lanez with “Plagiarism”.

The feud between Cassidy and Tory Lanez continues as the legendary 39-year-old releases another new diss song called “Plagiarism“. This song is used by Cassidy to smear Tory’s name by accusing him of plagiarising other rappers and not having his own style. Throughout the song, Cassidy compares Lanez to 6ix9ine and delivers some stinging comments that are sure to get listeners talking. It is the second diss from Cassidy, after the first one titled “Perjury.” The fire 7-minute track comes in response to Tory Lanez’s recent song called “When Its Dark“, where he took shots at the Philadelphia MC. In the new song, Cassidy accuses Lanez of plagiarizing other artists, as he doesn’t have his own style.

The whole thing between the two MCs started when Lanez made his second appearance on Funk Flex show for a freestyle, where he spits bars over a classic Cassidy song “I’m a Hustla”. Then Cassidy accused Tory of stealing his lyrics and flow, and that happened in both of his freestyles on the Funk Flex show. After that, the Canadian artist responds to Cassidy and said that he was just paying homage as he was one of his favorite artists.
