Big K.R.I.T. drops a new song “Pick Up The Pace”.
After the song called “Tiz The Season” in December last year, Big K.R.I.T. makes his return to the music scene with his first release of 2021. He dropped his new track called “Pick Up The Pace” which is in collaboration with ‘MLB: The Show‘ which is a Major League Baseball video game.
“I played baseball as a kid all the way through High School. So when #MLBTheShow asked me to step up to the plate and combine both of my passions, it was only right that I PICK UP THE PACE!” wrote Big K.R.I.T. with the song.
The song, which is a collaboration with MLB: The Show, should serve as a timely reminder of K.R.IT’s abilities – and to think, he’s only getting started. K.R.I.T’s ability to make a specialised issue seem engaging testifies to his talent as an entertainer, as he stays tight to the baseball theme lyrically. While his prolific output is enough to keep his fans happy, a new project from the multi-talented lyricist would be a welcome addition to the release calendar in 2021.
