Vory Releases Debut Album Lost Souls Feat. Kanye West, NAV & More

Vory is back with his new project “Lost Souls”.

Vory continues putting out new material as he finally drops his long-awaited debut album “Lost Souls”. This follows up his previous EPs “Lucky Me” in 2018, and a self-titled project in 2020.

The Dream Chasers Records’ artist’s new project contains 17 tracks, including the recently released “Daylight” with Kanye West. The additional guest appearances come from Nav, Yung Bleu, Fresco, Landstrip Chip and more.

He won a Grammy for his contribution to The Carters’ “Everything Is Love”, and also assisted Kanye West last year on his album “Donda”, on the track “God Breathed”.

Vory discussed the latter piece with Apple Music 1’s Zane Lowe recently, admitting that it was initially planned for Ye’s 2021 Donda album. “We had recorded six records probably… ‘Daylight’ was just one that didn’t really make the cut,” Rory said. “But everyone loved it. We just didn’t know where to put it at. Pusha-T kept hitting me up about it, saying that’s one of his favorite records. I hit up Ye and was like, ‘Yo, we gotta do something with this record,’ and he was like ‘Yo, put it on your album.’”
