North West Drops Debut EP “North4evr,” her first major release.
North West has officially stepped into the music scene with her first EP, “North4evr,” and it’s already getting people talking.
The 6-track EP dropped on May 1, 2026, on all major streaming platforms. At just 12 years old, North is exploring her own sound, blending metal-style guitar riffs with autotune and a punk-inspired rap style. It’s a mix that feels a bit experimental but also shows confidence for a debut project.
Being the daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West (now known as Ye), it’s not surprising that North grew up around music and creativity. Still, this EP feels like her own attempt to carve out an identity rather than just follow in her parents’ footsteps.
The project includes tracks like “H0w Sh0uld I f33l,” “D!e,” “N0rth4evr,” and “Th!s t!m3,” along with “W0ah” and “Aishite (愛して).” The song titles themselves already give a glimpse into the edgy and slightly chaotic vibe she’s going for. Earlier this year, she also released the single “Piercing on My Hand,” which helped build anticipation for this EP.
North has also been involved in music before, including collaborations with FKA Twigs and Ye in recent years. Those experiences seem to have influenced her sound, especially in the experimental direction of this project.
To celebrate the release, there was even a special pop-up event in Los Angeles, showing that this isn’t just a casual drop… it’s being treated like a real debut moment.
