Russ shares his new project “Chomp 2.5”.
After announcing it recently with the release of recent freebies “Fire” and “Fall For You” cover, Russ has released his new short project called “Chomp 2.5”. The EP serves as something for the fans before he drops a full-length album this Summer.
The EP contains six tracks, which includes production from Statik Selektah on “Blow The Whistle”, Havoc on “Buckle Up Freestyle”, The Alchemist on “Easy”, Boi-1da on “Reflection”, 9th Wonder on “Perfectionist” and a self-produced song “Wicked Race”.

Chomp 2.5 is a follow-up to Russ’ 2021 album “Chomp 2”, which was a star-studded effort, featuring appearances from Papoose, The Game, Westside Gunn, Styles P, Jadakiss, Snoop Dogg, DJ Premier, Big KRIT, Jay Electronica, Big Sean, Wale, Joey Badass, Conway The Machine, Ghostface Killah and more.
The rapper took to his social media to respond to some of the fans as he breaks up his bars on the project. “I love that people are havin to look up some of the bars and punchlines on CHOMP 2.5. That’s the kind of rap I like.”
