The rapper is currently recovering after being shot on the Super Bowl Weekend, where he got into a fight outside Justin Bieber’s show.

With a reverse button in the title, the cover image appears to pay reference to the legendary Back to the Future film franchise.

During his appearance at The Breakfast Club this week, Kodak discussed the shooting, saying he wanted to show no fear by highlighting his scars. “I’m the type of n***a, nobody gonna make me feel bad, man,” the rapper said. “I’m going to show you my scars, I’ma highlight them myself. So you won’t be like, ‘Oh haha, you got popped.’ I’m laughing at my damn self, I’ll be like, ‘Damn them n***as shot me real good.’”

The song “Super Gremlin” is also featured on the Sniper Gang label mix tape, Sniper Gang Presents Syko Bob & Snapkatt: Nightmare Babies (2021).
