The short EP contains 9 tracks, with guest appearances from Rowdy Rebel on “On God”, and Fat Tony on “Glock Inside”. The other solo tracks include “Whole Brick”, “From The Slums”, “Hoochie Daddy”, “Gorilla”, “No Sense”, “R S N” and “Bodmon”.

Since the release of his first EP Shmurda She Wrote in 2014, which debuted at No. 79 on the Billboard 200 list and featured the smash singles “Hot N—a” and “Bobby Bi–h,” Bobby Shmurda will release BodBoy as his first solo effort.

After serving half of his seven-year sentence—six years—Shmurda was freed from the Clinton Correctional Facility in New York in February 2021. Several offenses, including murder, attempted murder, assault, and drug selling, were brought against Bobby when he was apprehended in 2014. He was given a seven-year jail term in 2016, however, due to his good behavior while incarcerated and the time he had already served prior to pleading guilty, he was eligible for an early release.
