A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie Drops A New Project B4 A Boogie vs Artist

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie shares his new project “B4 A Boogie vs Artist”.

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie is back to the music scene as he releases his new project “A Boogie vs Artist”. The project is titled after A Boogie, and his alter ego the artist. The short EP contains 7 tracks, 3 from A Boogie, 3 from Artist and an additional bonus track. It is a taste of his long-awaited new album “A Boogie vs Artist”.

A Boogie side features tracks “Man In The Mirror”, “Glasses” and “Girls Go Down”, while the Artist side contains “Making You Cry”, “Notifications” and “Be Free”. The bonus track is titled “24 Hours”, which features assistance from Lil Durk.

The project is a follow up to his last year’s “Artist 2.0” which featured Young Thug, Roddy Ricch, Gunna, DaBaby, Summer Walker, Khalid, Lil Uzi Vert and more.

In 2021, the rapper – actual name Artist — hasn’t released much music, instead focusing on his “AVA College Tour,” which has taken him throughout the country. Unfortunately for A Boogie, he had to postpone a concert at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor in November after being unable to obtain a trip to Maine.
“Everybody that came to Maine, I just want to say I’m sorry the sh*t got heavy today and I missed my flight,” A Boogie apologised in an Instagram video. He went on to say that after searching for a private aeroplane willing to make the trip, he eventually found one and boarded it before being told it was too late. He just shared a video of himself boarding the plane in question to prove to his admirers that he wasn’t lying, and he promised to reschedule shortly.

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie shares, “I’ve been promising my fans an album for the entire year & it’s not quite final yet. I wanted to give my fans something before the year is over, so I decided to give them ‘B4 AVA.’”

With 111,000 album-equivalent units (including 3,000 copies in pure album sales) in its first week, Boogie’s last album Artist 2.0 debuted at number two on the US Billboard 200 list. A Boogie’s third US top-ten chart debut occurred with this song. The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) awarded the album platinum certification for cumulative sales and album-equivalent units of more than one million in the US.
