Anderson .Paak drops new album ‘Oxnard’ feat J.Cole, Pusha T & others.

The highly anticipated new Anderson .Paak’s album ‘Oxnard‘ is finally here. The project contains 14 tracks with guest appearances from Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Snoop Dogg, Pusha T, and more. The project is mixed by the legendary Dr. Dre who also appeared on one of the tracks called ‘Mansa Musa‘.

Anderson has been gone for less than six months. Paak’s third studio album, debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 list (peaking at No. 11 on the Billboard 200). Fans, on the other hand, gave the album negative reviews, stating that Anderson’s trademark funky debonair lost his identity on the star-studded album, a charge immediately debunked by none other than Anderson’s mother.

To make something happen, being part of something amazing, that was the feeling I got when I worked with the musicians that worked on this album,” he told Hollywood Life. “They just wanted to be a part of it, and we made some awesome music that wasn’t forced, it was natural, it felt right. It was just like damn, both parties felt like they were making some of the best music they’ve made.

Oxnard will be fourth .Paak’s studio album and first full-length release since 2016’s Malibu. It’ll be available on November 16th. .Paak premiered his video for “Tints” last night, in which he and Kendrick portray several personalities. Paak also announced the launch of his new Beats 1 radio show, “.Paak House Radio.” It will make its debut tomorrow at 3 p.m. Eastern. The inaugural show will include Mac DeMarco, Yebba Smith, comedian Teddy Ray, and YBN Cordae as special guests.
