Polo G drops the video for “Toxic”.
Polo G returns with some more new material as the 22-year-old Chicago, Illinois native drops the music video for his song called “Toxic“. The visual shows Polo G is enjoying life with his crew. It is directed by his go-to collaborator Ryan Lynch. This follows up the video for “Party Lyfe” with DaBaby.
Ryan Lynch for Counterpoint 2.0 directed the enthralling video, which was shot all over Miami. Polo G swarms his staff and flaunts his wealth, whether it’s his new estate, ice chains, gleaming watches, or expensive sports vehicles.
Polo acknowledges towards the end of his first verse that the death of fellow Chicago rapper Juice WRLD in 2019 has driven him away from ever using pills again.
The song appeared on his latest album #1 album “Hall of Fame” which featured guest appearances from G Herbo, Rod Wave, DaBaby, Young Thug, Nicki Minaj, Pop Smoke, Fivio Foreign, and more.
