Lil Baby & Lil Durk drops the “Man of my Word” video.
Following the release of the “How It Feels” video earlier this month, the duo of Lil Baby and Lil Durk returns with some new material as they drop the official visual for “Man of my Word“. The track appeared on their latest joint album “The Voice of the Heroes” which debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 after moving over 150k units in the first week.
The video, directed by Caleb Jermale, begins with Durk and Baby driving into the night in a Mclaren, trailed by a convoy of automobiles. CGI versions of the rappers becoming involved in more action-packed entertainment, such as gun fights and car wrecks, are interwoven between footage of the artists enjoying the nightlife – including a strip club visit.
Last week, Lil Baby also announced a new fall tour called “The Back Outside” where he will be supported by Lil Durk.
The video will bring stadium-level cinematography to Lil Baby and Lil Durk’s forthcoming Back Outside Tour, which will take the rap sensations across 24 cities in the United States in only two months (as will the album).
The Voice Of The Heroes, which was released on Memorial Day, received mixed reviews but went on to top the Billboard 200 with 150,000 total album-equivalent units from streaming. The album also features Travis Scott, Young Thug, Rod Wave, and Meek Mill.
