Eminem shares visual for “Temporary” featuring Skylar Grey.
After announcing it earlier this week, Eminem has released a new music video for his song titled “Temporary” featuring assistance from Skylar Grey. This is the second song and video dedicated to his daughter Hailie Jade, following up on the previous visual “Somebody Save Me.”
The music video features some unseen footage and pictures of Hailie Jade’s childhood and teen years, along with Eminem. The video also contains footage from Hailie Jade’s marriage, which took place in May. The Detroit rapper walks down Hailie to the groom and shares a dance as well.
In the music video, there’s also a footage where Hailie surprises her rapper daddy that she is expecting her first child, and he will be a grandfather.

The song appeared on Eminem’s latest album “The Death of Slim Shady” which debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 with moving over 281,000 equivalent album units in the week. The album debuted atop with the largest week for any rap/hip-hop album in 2024. This is the Detroit rapper’s 11th chart-topper, which is also consecutive.
