Young Thug Drops off his latest Mixtape which Titled ‘Slime Season‘ Packed with 18 Tracks & features that came from Lil Wayne, Offset, Quavo, PeeWee Longway & More. The Mixtape Production is handled by Sonny Digital, Southside, London On Da Track & More.
On October 31, 2015, it was released as the second installment in the Slime Season series, which compiled mostly leaked and unreleased material dating back at least a year. It includes production by London on the Track, Wheezy, Metro Boomin, and Ricky Racks, among others.
Young Thug has a slew of dope projects under his belt, but his 2015 mixtape Slime Season 2, a follow-up to his Slime Season mixtape released just a month prior that year, is a pivotal moment in his development as a full-fledged rap star. The beats are more powerful, his vocals are more daring, and his cadences are more unpredictable.
