J. Cole drops the video for “Applying Pressure”.
After giving us the video for “Amari” last week, J. Cole continues releasing new music videos as he releases one for his song called “Applying Pressure“. It is the second visual from his latest album “The Off-Season” which debuted at #1 on Billboard 200. Before the release of his record-breaking sixth studio album, the Dreamville boss also dropped a documentary with the same-titled “Applying Pressure“.
Cole jumps around a parking garage, a moving train, and an empty basketball court in the video created by Scott Lazer, which mimics the album cover for his current release. In the past, Lazer has collaborated with Daniel Caesar, Tierra Whack, BJ The Chicago Kid, Ari Lennox, J.I.D, and others.
J. Cole also equals a record by Lil Wayne, Drake, and Juice WRLD, as four of his songs from “The Off-Season” debuts in Hot 100’s Top 10 simultaneously. Watch the new Scott Lazer-directed video below.
