Eminem’s verse on LL Cool J collab surfaces online.
LL Cool J is prepping the release of his new album, which will be his first album in over 10 years, a follow-up on 2013’s “Authentic”. In a recent interview, the “Mama Said Knock You Out” rapper revealed that Eminem will be one of the features on the album, along with Rick Ross, Nas, Fat Joe and Saweetie.
Now a teaser of a possible LL Cool J and Eminem track surfaces online, which is a short part from an unreleased Eminem verse. The snippet is getting mixed reactions from the fans, as the rapper is spitting in his usual fast delivery.
A couple of years ago, Eminem made a surprise appearance at LL’s Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction, where the two performed “Rock the Bells” live.

The Detroit rapper has given LL his flowers on many occasions, and he called him one of his inspirations while growing up. “I think LL Cool J has been so vital to broadening the horizons of hip-hop,” said Eminem previously. “For my eleventh birthday. I got the radio tape. And at that moment, everything LL, I was into it. And I just think about having his posters everywhere. I would say he had a big impact on me early on. He gave me more confidence. Little more self-belief. The swagger that he had, If I can portray that swagger, I can go to school and kids might think I’m cool.”
In a recent interview, LL revealed that he scrapped an entire album produced by Dr. Dre. “So, the real story is that I did about 30 to 40 songs with Dr. Dre, and in doing those songs I felt like — the music was amazing what Dre was bringing to the table was super dope — but I felt like the writing, what I was bringing to these songs didn’t feel strong enough to me,” he explained on Way Up With Angela Yee. “I didn’t feel like I was expressing, I was getting out of me, what I was feeling. In my mind, I didn’t feel like it was written properly.”
