Have a look at this year’s Grammy Awards winners.
After a delay of about two months, this year’s 64th annual Grammy Awards is taking place at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas right now. Like every year, several award winners were announced before the start of the event, which includes Tyler, the Creator. The rapper took home the Best Rap Album trophy for his album “Call Me If You Get Lost”. The rapper beats Kanye West, Nas and J. Cole to win his second Grammy in this category.
Jon Batiste led the pack with eleven nominations, followed by Doja Cat, H.E.R., and Justin Bieber, who each garnered eight. With five accolades, Batiste took home the most, including Album of the Year for We Are.
Kanye West take his tally of Grammy Awards to 24, as he won two trophies this year. The DONDA rapper wins Best Rap Song Grammy for his Jay-Z collaboration “Jail”. The rapper also won Best Melodic Rap Performance for his track “Hurricane” featuring The Weeknd and Lil Baby.
Baby Keem and Kendrick Lamar took home the Best Rap Performance trophy for their collaboration “Family Ties” after beating the likes of Cardi B, J. Cole, Drake and Megan Thee Stallion. The rapper failed to win Best New Artist, as Olivia Rodrigo takes the trophy in the category.
Silk Sonic, the duo of Anderson .Paak and Bruno Mars won the Grammys in three categories for their single “Leave The Door Open“. They won Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best R&B Song category.
