Drake continues his Billboard domination with the #1 hit on the charts. Drake and 21 Savage’s latest collaboration “Jimmy Cooks” topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart this week. Drizzy now extends his record as the rapper with the most #1 singles [11] in Hot 100 history, and it is 21 Savage’s second number one hit.

The Toronto rapper now ties The Beatles for the most top 5 hits among all artists in Hot 100 history, with 29 each. He also extends his record for the most top 10 hits [58] of all time. This week, Drake also topped the Billboard 200 with his latest album “Honestly, Nevermind“, which is his 11th top spot on the US album charts. The new project moved 204,000 equivalent album units, in the week ending June 23.

The project was streamed 213.9m times in its opening week on the music streaming platform Spotify. It becomes the biggest ever opening week for a dance album, and the Toronto rap star’s 4th biggest opening week and the 31st biggest opening ever.
“Jimmy Cooks” had 42.2 million streams, 3 million radio airplay audience impressions, and 6,000 downloads in its first week (June 17-23), after the June 17 arrival of parent album Honestly, Nevermind, which was publicized mere hours before its release.
The song (which appears to be a homage to Drake’s character Jimmy Brooks on the CTV show Degrassi: The Next Generation from 2001 to 2008) becomes the 1,138th No. 1 in the Hot 100’s 63-year history, and the 62nd to enter at the top.
