Chris Brown Responds To Michael Jackson Comparisons: “He’s Light Years Ahead”
In the latest interview with Big Boy, the 33-year-old revealed that he recorded around 250 songs for the album. “It’s crazy in the album process. I be having so many songs. I think for this actual project, I had almost 250 songs,” said Brown. “I was like, ‘Yeah, we gotta scale it down and figure out what we gon’ do.’ Too many of the songs sound in the same frequency. It’s like a show. You got the beginning, the climax, and then the end. But I still want to give my audience at least two or three of the same and not [release] a whole album where every song sounds the same.”
After Chris Brown’s next album is released, he’ll embark on the One Of Them Ones tour with Lil Baby, who will make an appearance on the song “Addicted.” The tour begins on July 15 in Raleigh, North Carolina, and ends on August 27 in Las Vegas.
