SZA shares a visual for “Snooze”.
SZA returns to the music scene as she releases a music video for her song titled “Snooze”. The song is produced by Babyface, the Rascals (Leon Thomas III and Khristopher Riddick-Tynes), & BLK, and the new visual is directed by Bradley J. Calder. The video also stars singer Justin Bieber.
The track peaked at number ten on the Billboard Hot 100 becoming SZA’s eighth top ten single, and also topped the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay and Rhythmic charts. The song appeared on SZA’s latest album SOS, which rocked the charts spending 10 non-consecutive weeks at number one on the US Billboard 200.
“In a droptop ride with you, I feel like Scarface / Like that white bi–h with the bob, I’ll be your main one / Lеt’s take this argument back up to my place / S-x remind you I’m nonviolent, I’m your day one,” she sings.
In June, SZA dominated the 2023 BET Awards as she was honoured in three categories. The TDE SZA star was given the album of the year honour, which was a tie with Beyonce’s Renaissance. SZA also won the best female R&B/pop artist, for which she beat the likes of Beyonce, Ari Lennox and Lizzo.
SZA was also nominated in second most, six categories for this year’s MTV Videos Music Awards which will take place on September 12 at Newark, New Jersey’s Prudential Center.
