DJ Premier enlist Lil Wayne, Rick Ross & Big Sean for “Ya Don’t Stop.”
After teasing it earlier this week, DJ Premier has officially dropped his brand new single “Ya Don’t Stop.” The song features assistance from Lil Wayne, Rick Ross & Big Sean.
“I’ve been on a run, and releasing singles more consistently. I had an idea and wanted to initially get Wayne and Ross on the same track,” the producer says in a press statement. “I reached out to Rozay first and he sent me back vocals the same day. I sent two tracks to Wayne to choose from and he sent both back the same night and told me to keep them both. Big Sean called me to do a scratch hook for him. In return he hopped on as well. Cypher complete.”
“I look like a born again Christian Dior-ite / I knock ’em trite, I ain’t litty, my ni–a, I’m dynamite / Keep a rowdy Roddy Piper for ni–as who get too piped up / I’m a sniper with this rifle, I’m spittin’ like it’s a cypher / You decipher, is you Mike, is you Bedford, or is you Tyson?,” raps Wayne.
DJ Premier previously linked up with Chance The Rapper on “Together” and Nas on “Define My Name.”
