Kendrick Lamar returns to Saturday Night Live.
Kendrick Lamar is currently on his “The Big Steppers Tour” and the rapper took a break before the Europe trek to make his return to Saturday Night Live as they kicked off their 48th season. While the Compton rapper was the musical guest on the show, Top Gun star Miles Teller made his hosting debut.
On the show, Kendrick Lamar gave a performance of three songs from his latest album “Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers.” On his third visit to SNL, K. Dot performed his songs titled “Rich Spirit” & “N95” in one video, and the track “Father Time” with Sampha in another performance.

Next week (October 8) when actor Brendan Gleeson hosts Saturday Night Live, Willow is scheduled to perform. The hosting and musical guest duties will thereafter be shared by Megan Thee Stallion on October 15.
Cast members for the upcoming season of SNL include Marcello Hernandez, Molly Kearney, Michael Longfellow, and Devon Walker. Former members of the cast Kyle Mooney, Pete Davidson, Aidy Bryant, Chris Redd, Kate McKinnon, and others have subsequently left SNL.
