Nick Cannon talks about his beef with Eminem & 50 Cent on 99 Jam’z Afternoon.

Nick Cannon gave an update on his dispute with Em and 50 during a recent visit on 99 Jamz’s Afternoon Get Down radio show. The most recent of the two to talk about Cannon was 50, who called him “legendary corny” during an interview on The Breakfast Club in February. Nick Cannon who had been in a beef with Eminem & 50 Cent in the past few months when he released three diss tracks for Eminem, responding to Eminem’s shot at the comedian on Fat Joe’s ‘Lord Above‘.

Now he made a visit to Miami 99 Jamz, Nick Cannon talks about his feud with Eminem and 50 Cent, and going after Em, even though he knew the Detroit rapper would likely not respond. “That’s the thing,” said Nick. “Everybody was saying, ‘You better not say nothing.’ And I’m like, ‘Why not? Nobody’s scared of him.’ Even with 50, ain’t nobody scared of 50 either. I’m like, ‘Let’s go.’ I match energy… I think it might’ve got a little too intense for them.

I don’t know. I feel, like, at this point, we had a lot of fun with it during the last season of Wild ‘n Out, and we get back to it— you know, the jokes ain’t ever gonna stop,” Cannon said. “I’mma match your energy wherever you at. I didn’t start it, he came at me. I just swing heavy.

Following that, Cannon discussed how he was encouraged not to reply to Em’s jab at him on Fat Joe’s 2019 tune “Lord Above,” which included the Detroit rapper touching on Cannon’s marriage to Mariah Carey. The following lines appeared in Em’s feature: “I know me and Mariah didn’t end on a high note / But that other dude’s whipped, that p***y got him neutered. Tried to tell him this chick’s a nut job before he got his jewels clipped.
