T.I. again challanges 50 Cent for a VERZUZ Battle.
Last year on 50 Cent’s 45th Birthday, T.I. offered the POWER mogul for a VERZUZ showdown, and Tip said that he doesn’t care if he brings Eminem or Dr. Dre. Fifty declined the challenge with his usual Social Media trolling. Now the Atlanta rapper once again brought the challenge, but this time in front of a live audience. 50 Cent’s new show “BMF” is all set to release on September 26, and last night it was premiered in Atlanta, where T.I. was one of the guest stars.
T.I. was performing some of his hits, and in between, he called out 50 Cent for a VERZUZ. “Hey 50, we got to do this Verzuz, man,” he said. “Give them what the people want to see, man.” It would be interesting to see if we get any response from Fifty, who previously declined VERZUZ battles against anyone.
The star-studded BMF premiere also had guest stars like Gunna, Young Thug, 2 Chainz, Flo Rida, G Herbo, and more. “Congratulations to my nephew Lil Meech, congratulations to 50 for putting this sh*t together,” said Tip at the end.
A few months ago, T.I. also said that he would love to do a VERZUZ against Eminem since 50 won’t. “So If 50 don’t do it, give me anybody off a swagger like us. Anybody who was on swagger like us. I do without one of them. It’s gonna be a tough road but that’s my class. I don’t think anybody gonna beat Wayne but I answer all callers. Eminem would be dope too and I f**k with Eminem,” he said.
Despite the fact that many fans have urged 50 to take part in Verzuz, the hip-hop mogul claims he is no longer interested. During an interview on The Morning Hustle earlier this year, he clarified his viewpoint.
“I thought Verzuz was something we did when we was stuck in the house,” said Fif, who was previously open to battling The Game. “As soon as we got out of the house to come back outside, Verzuz didn’t make sense to me. Verzuz to me, that showed up and was the hottest thing. I was paying attention to it, watching it like everybody else. As soon as we could go back outside, I don’t know why we still doing it.”
