According to rumors, Marvel and Disney collaborate with Westbury Road/Roc Nation/Def Jam Records to make a second “inspired by” album for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, similar to what the previous movie did with Kendrick Lamar’s Black Panther: The Album. Along with major singles like “Pray for Me” and “All the Stars,” the concept album also had minor hits like “The Ways,” “Black Panther,” and the Grammy-winning song “King’s Dead.” It would appear logical for Marvel to follow the same path with Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
“Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” will be the 30th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and will release on November 11, 2022.
Rihanna’s name surfaced amongst actors like Letitia Wright and Lupita Nyong’o when fans searched the movie in 2020, leading some to believe she was a member of the cast of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. However, the idea was later disproved.
