Logic to debut in top 10 with new album “Vinyl Days”.
Among the so many releases this Friday, Logic also dropped his highly anticipated new album “Vinyl Days“. The 30-track project is a follow-up to his last year’s projects “Bobby Tarantino III” and “YS Collections Vol. 1”. The project featured appearances from Action Bronson, DJ Premier, The Game, Wiz Khalifa, Russ, Royce 5’9 and more.
The first-week sales projections for the album are here, and Bobby is expected to debut in the top 10 on Billboard 200. According to HitsDailyDouble, Logic’s new album through Def Jam is projected to move around 35-45k equivalent units in the first week. The project will be competing against Kevin Gates’ “Khaza“, which is also projected to move 30-40k in the first week.

Vinyl Days is Logic’s first album since No Pressure in 2020. Vinyl Days also follows the rapper’s five-week summer 2021 new music run, during which he released the singles “Intro,” “Vaccine,” “Get Up,” “My Way,” and “Call Me.” The campaign came to a close with the release of Bobby Tarantino 3, his mixtape.
Meanwhile, Drake will be taking the top spot on Billboard 200 next week with his new surprise album “Honestly, Nevermind“. The project is projected to move 210-230k equivalent album units in its first week.
