Joey Badass’ “2000” is projected to debut outside the top 10 on Billboard 200.
Last week, Joey Badass dropped his long-awaited new album “2000“, which is his first in five years, a follow-up to his 2017’s “All-Amerikkkan Bada$$“, and a sequel to his critically praised first mixtape 1999 from 2012.
The projected first week numbers for the album are here, and it is expected to move less than half of his previous projects. The album is projected to move 22k in the first week. Joey Badass’ previous two albums “B4.DA.$$” sold 54k, and “All-Amerikkkan Bada$$“ moved 51k in the first week. The new album is projected to debut at #18 on Billboard 200 and will be his first project charting outside the Top 10.

Un Verano Sin Ti by Bad Bunny remains at the top of the Billboard 200 albums list (dated July 23) for a sixth nonconsecutive week. In the week ending July 14, the set sold 105,000 equivalent album units in the United States, down 5% from the previous week.
Joey Badass’ new project featured 14 tracks with guest appearances from JID, Larry June, Westside Gunn, Diddy, Chris Brown and Capella Grey. Check out the album below.
