NBA Youngboy reveals his top 5 rappers.
NBA Youngboy is one of the hardest-working rappers in the game, having released around 150 tracks in 2022 alone. The rapper who is among many people’s lists, reveals his own top 5 current favourite rappers.
During the latest episode of his “Never Broke Again Radio” show on Amazon’s AMP Platform, the Baton Rouge rapper was asked about his top five favourite emcees. “My Top 5 Rappers… I’ll say Yeat, I’ll say (Young) Thug, I’ll say French Montana, Glizzy i will say Shy Glizzy, the last one I’ll put (Soulja) Slim,” he said.
While the first four are current rappers, Soulja Slim was the New Orleans artist who died way back in 2003 at the age of 26.
NBA is a phenomenon. The Baton Rouge rapper has the second-highest overall streaming figures of any artist, trailing only Drake, although he is not well-known. He is not on the radio. On Billboard’s list of the top musicians of the year, he isn’t even in the Top 20. He isn’t among the Top 5 American musicians on Spotify either. When it comes to pure numbers, his output rivals that of a factory giving him an advantage over music’s top earners.
