Nas & Hit-Boy drops another new project “Magic”.
The duo of Nas and Hit-Boy continues to bless us with new music as they release another new joint project called “Magic”. The project is their third joint effort in 2 years, after “King’s Disease” and “King’s Disease 2“. While the first album earned a grammy in Best Rap Album, the sequel is nominated in the same category for the upcoming Grammy event.
The new project contains 9 tracks, with guest appearances from ASAP Rocky and DJ Premier on the song called “Wave Gods”. “MAGIC is in the air. Midnight et brand new music to vibe to,” Nas wrote in the caption of Cover Art and Tracklist.
Hit-Boy expressed similar thoughts in a statement he made on his post for the project, stating, “2021 is not over yet.” The accomplished producer also left several comments under Nas’ post, expressing his enthusiasm for the release of “Magic,” such as “You’re not playing fair!”
In addition to his frequent collaborations with Nas, Hit-Boy had a successful year working with other artists as well. In October, he joined forces with Big Sean to release their project “What You Expect?” which featured six new tracks.
