Megan Thee Stallion announces her new album MEGAN.
Megan Thee Stallion has finally announced her next album, as she reveals that title for her third studio project. This will be a self-titled album MEGAN, which will be released on June 28th through Hot Girl Productions. Stallion made the announcement at her Atlanta concert, where she also unveiled the official artwork.
In a recent interview with L’OFFICIEL, she explained, “I don’t even know how to describe [the new album], honestly. ‘Hiss’ was me just getting the things that I had to say off my chest. I’m really not focused on the negativity on my album. I have a lot of different songs on the album because my emotion doesn’t stop at anger. My emotion doesn’t stop at sadness because I did grow and I did start feeling more things. I started feeling really happy. So you have songs on the album that are about the positive times that I’m starting to have. You get a little bit of everything. You get all the emotions in there.”
The upcoming album will follow up her 2022 effort “Taumazine”, which debuted at number four on the US Billboard 200. Just recently, she released her latest single “BOA“, and this past week, she linked up with GloRilla and Cardi B for the “Wanna Be” Remix.
