Lupe Fiasco imagines a VERZUZ between Jay-Z and Lil Wayne.
The talks of VERZUZ battles has been trending for a few days after the legendary Jay-Z claimed that no one can stand against him on that stage. “No one can stand on that stage with me. It’s not a chance in hell that anyone can stand on that stage with me,” he said. “You gotta stand in front of the Grammy Family Freestyle live?”
Obviously, not everyone agreed with Jigga’s Verzuz sentiments, with fans citing Eminem and other Hip-Hop artists citing rappers like Busta Rhymes as examples. Future even admitted to his supporters that he could beat Hov in a Verzuz fight. While all of the fictitious Verzuz fights would be interesting to witness, Lupe Fiasco’s idea is the most logical.

While some people are agreeing with the statement made by Hov, others are mentioning artists such as Kanye West, Eminem and Busta Rhymes. Lil Jon weighs in on the conversation and said that Busta Rhymes would “Smoke” Jay-Z in a Verzuz showdown, and Benny the Butcher says no one has songs to go against “The Blueprint” rapper. Future is also mentioned in the conversation of a VERZUZ with Jay-Z, and the Frenbandz boss agrees that he could beat Hov in the hit-to-hit battle.

Now Lupe Fiasco also gives an opinion on the whole thing and picks an opponent, who is also mentioned by a lot of fans. Lupe Fiasco said that he would watch a battle between the two carters, Jay-Z and Lil Wayne, in the neutral place Las Vegas. “Jay-Z vs Lil Wayne in the most neutral place crowd wise which is Las Vegas…15 Rounds.” Lupe Fiasco said on Twitter. “I’d watch…. [shrug emoji] Lupe out… [peace sign emoji].”
