Lil Wayne praises Eminem for the new Juice WRLD collab “Lace It”.
Eminem made his return to music with another feature, as he assisted the late Juice WRLD on the posthumous song titled “Lace It” which is produced by Benny Blanco. The track was sent to Shade 45’s DJ Whoo Kid over a month ago, as he played it during his interview with Lil Wayne.
“Shout out to Eminem, I think he sent me a joint with Juice WRLD. RIP Juice WRLD. So we are going to get into that,” says Whoo Kid. “Em got a joint with Juice WRLD? That’s hard. It’s so cool,” says Wayne. “That made me feel awesome… That made me feel good. Em cool for that.”

For the feature, Eminem also received the Genius’ verse of the month crown. This was Eminem’s second offering of this year, and also the second crown for verse of the month. Previously, he grabbed the honor for assistance on Shady Records’ newest signee Ez Mil’s song “Realest“. This is also the second collab between Eminem and Juice WRLD, following up on 2020’s “Godzilla”, which peaked at number 3 on the US Billboard 200.
